The High Trail Edition TRX-4 Sport takes you over obstacles with a factory-installed Long Arm Lift Kit for more than 2.5 cm more ground clearance than the standard TRX-4. Oversized Canyon Trail tyres run on 2.2-inch black 5-spoke wheels to tame the most technical trails with extreme all-terrain traction.

TRX-4 High Trail Edition is fully equipped for adventure with a sturdy expedition rack and molded accessories. A replica snorkel, side mirrors, traction boards, fire extinguisher, jack and fuel jerry cans provide extreme shell details with inner fenders for a realistic look.

The factory-installed lift kit and over-sized tires of the TRX-4 Sport High Trail Edition provide more than 2.5 cm of trail-overweaving ground clearance. Elongated GTS shock absorbers deliver silky smooth damping performance with greater wielarticulation for more off-road capability. Extension steel links and a revised servo mount retain the superior suspension geometry of the TRX-4.
The Traxxas Long Arm Lift Kit includes extended GTS aluminium shock absorbers, longer links and rod heads, extended drive shafts and a new servo mount. The lift kit works as one cohesive system, not only to lift the truck, but also to maintain the carefully tuned suspension geometry of the TRX-4.

TRX-4 Sport High Trail Edition features precision-shaped details for a whole new level of scale realism. A robust Adventure Rack protects the body from tilting and offers space for a full range of trail accessories. The cast side mirrors, grille, tailgate and winch ensure the perfect scale accents.
 
Clipless convenience
The high-duty clipless body mounts of the High Trail Edition Sport are integrated into the robust inner fenders to form a vise-like grip. When it’s time to unplug the body, just reach under the fender and pull the tabs. It's so easy.
 
Heavy frame rails
A thick 1.5 mm steel ladder frame with pre-shaped crossbeams provides exceptional torsional rigidity to withstand even the worst chassis twist. This extremely stiff spine allows the suspension to do the work it was designed for. You feel the difference on trails where the elimination of chassis flexion ensures accurate placement of the wheels when navigating on technical terrain.
 
Raised middle drive shafts and suspension links
The radical design of the TRX-4 gantry axis raises the drive-shafts to improve shaft geometry and reduce the drive shaft angles. Higher drive shafts and suspension links are about obstacles to prevent your truck from getting high in the middle and reducing overall wear.
 
One-speed transmission
The single-speed transmission is tuned to brutal torque and relieves the Sport chassis of valuable weight for better weight distribution. Steel gears offer Traxxas-Tough durability and virtually maintenance-free operation.
 
Cast inner mudguards and floor plates
Sturdy inner fenders mounted directly on the frame and the shock towers to give the TRX-4 Sport High Trail Edition a substantial look and feel. Molded baseplates are integrated into the fenders to keep stones, mud and twigs out of the chassis.
 
Titan 21T 550 engine
Couple rules the course! The TRX-4’s huge Titan 21T engine pumps out a huge torque to get you all over everything in the way. An integrated cooling fan keeps the temperature low for longer runtimes.
 
2.2" Canyon Trail Tyres
TRX-4 Sport High Trail Edition rides on oversized Canyon Trail tires for added ground clearance and performance when crawling over rocks. The ultra-soft S1-compound rubber and aggressive stud pattern provide unrivalled grip and robust climbing action.
 
Length 110 mm GTS shock absorbers
The high-long 110mm GTS shock absorbers of the High Trail Edition Sport are oil-filled to smooth even the roughest trails. These silver-anodized aluminum shock absorbers deliver silky cushioning and feature threaded bodies for easy ride height adjustment. The convincing scale realism looks great and they perform even better with an O-ring cap seal and double X-ring shaft seals.
 
Torque Twist eliminated
Portal shafts use gear reduction at the wheels to virtually eliminate torsion rotation. The torque of the Titan 550 engine translates into straight, powerful, forward motion, rather than wasting energy by turning your rig right from the rocks.
T-LockTM differentials with remote locking
Locked Axles, The
Fully locked front and rear axles convert the engine torque into an unstoppable climbing action. Because skidding is not possible, all four wheels claw the same traction, driving the TRX-4 Sport over the heaviest obstacles.
